Alongside our extensive all-inclusive selection, we also offer a separate Exclusive Wine List, featuring carefully selected labels from well-known wine regions around the world. These wines are chosen for moments that call for something a little more special - they are not part of our everyday Premium All-inclusive package, but when selected, they add something truly memorable to the evening.
Among our sparkling options, Paladin Prosecco Spumante (Italy) offers a light and refreshing start, with gentle bubbles and notes of apple and citrus — ideal for an aperitif or celebration. For a light rosé option, even as a non-sparkling aperitif, Fleurs de Prairie (Côtes de Provence) reflects the classic southern French style — pale in colour, dry, and elegant, with delicate red fruit and citrus notes.
Our white wines bring variety and balance. From South Africa, Neethlingshof Sauvignon Blanc is crisp and aromatic, while the Neethlingshof Chardonnay (unwooded) offers a clean, fruit-forward style without heaviness. The Neethlingshof Chenin Blanc provides softness and subtle floral notes. From Italy, Masi Pinot Grigio (Masianco) combines freshness with a slightly richer texture, making it easy to enjoy with food.
The red wine selection spans several renowned regions. Calvet Châteauneuf-du-Pape from the Rhône Valley is structured and complex, with depth and spice. Château Cantin Saint-Émilion Grand Cru offers a fuller-bodied Bordeaux style with rich fruit and smooth tannins. From Italy, Masi Campofiorin and Serego Alighieri Valpolicella Classico provide balanced, approachable reds with character rooted in tradition. Further afield, Neethlingshof Pinotage highlights South Africa’s signature grape with bold fruit and warmth, while Aruma Malbec (Domaines Barons de Rothschild, Argentina) offers a smooth, rounded expression with dark fruit notes.
For those who prefer something sweet, Château du Haut Pick Sauternes from France delivers honeyed richness with a refreshing balance, often enjoyed at the end of a meal.
These wines are available across all three King Jason hotels in Cyprus and Greece and are intended for special moments — a celebration, an ultra-romantic evening, or simply a memorable dinner. They are available at an additional charge (clearly indicated on our menus and separate from our Premium All-inclusive package), allowing guests to choose them when the occasion feels right.
