Dining at King Jason hotels in Cyprus and Greece is not limited to one setting only. Alongside the varied buffets, our theme restaurants offer distinct, separate experiences, each shaped by a different culinary story. Two are already part of the journey — with a third arriving soon.
Haroub (found at King Jason Zante and King Jason Protaras) invites guests into the world of Levantine cuisine, where food is designed to be shared. Built around an array of small dishes, the experience reflects a tradition that brings together flavours from the Middle East, North Africa and Eastern Mediterranean. Meals unfold gradually, encouraging conversation and connection. The use of herbs, spices and layered textures creates depth without heaviness, while the overall approach remains generous and welcoming — much like the Levant itself.
Pisco (found at King Jason Zante and King Jason Paphos) offers something entirely different. Inspired by Peruvian cuisine, it draws on cooking techniques and ingredients that go back thousands of years. Dishes are known for their zesty freshness and intensity, often prepared on a Josper-Robata grill, which adds a subtle smokiness and texture. The experience is vibrant and unexpected, with an open kitchen serving modern flavours which are still grounded in tradition.
Looking ahead to 2027, Fusão, opening at King Jason Protaras, introduces a new direction. Here, the focus is on fire and wine, with a wood-fired grill and a curated wine selection at the centre of the experience. The menu is built around petiscos — small plates designed for sharing — inspired by Iberian and Northwest African culinary traditions. Evenings are designed to unfold slowly, ending with a pairing of Commandaria and Port wine, linking Cyprus’ heritage with wider Mediterranean trade routes and history.
Together, these three restaurants create variety across our hotels. At King Jason, the aim is simple: to give guests the choice to experience something new, while keeping the setting relaxed, personal, and easy to enjoy.
