Cocktails are an important part of the Premium and Lifestyle All-inclusive experience at King Jason hotels in Cyprus and Greece. Available at King Jason Zante, King Jason Paphos, and King Jason Protaras, the cocktail list includes both familiar classics and signature drinks developed in-house, in collaboration with internationally-acclaimed mixologists.
The idea is simple: guests should be able to enjoy well-made drinks throughout the day without leaving their comfort zone. Around the pools, cocktails are served directly to guests’ sunbeds, allowing them to stay relaxed with a book, a view, or a quiet conversation. In the evening, the same drinks (plus a few more!), become part of the atmosphere at the main bars and lounges.
The classics are there for guests who know what they like. Aperol Spritz, Negroni, Martini, Margarita, Paloma, Mojito, Daiquiri, Piña Colada, Old Fashioned, Whiskey Sour, Espresso Martini and many more are prepared according to standard recipes, with proper measuring, garnishes, glassware and service steps. There is also a strong zero-alcohol selection, including drinks such as Nogroni, Summer Holiday, Ruby Glow and Espresso M’tini, so guests who do not drink alcohol can still have a variety of proper cocktail choices.
Signature cocktails add a more creative King Jason layer. Champagne Colada brings together light rum, pineapple juice, coconut syrup and prosecco or champagne, served with dry pineapple. Durango Mule uses mezcal, lime, ginger beer and a float of purple vodka for a smoky, fresh finish. Floral Whisper combines vodka, lemon, lavender syrup, maraschino and purple vodka, finished with an edible flower. Elder Sis takes elderflower liqueur, brut champagne and a small touch of olive brine, served with green olives for a more savoury profile.
Newer signatures add an even more refined character. Climax combines Scotch whisky, popcorn syrup, lemon and a spray of peated whisky. Watermelon Gimlet uses vodka, watermelon syrup and lime with a chilli and black salt rim. Masticado, the King Jason cocktail made with local ingredients, brings cucumber, tsipouro, mastiha liqueur, lime and ginger ale together in a distinctly Greek-inspired cocktail.
All this makes the King Jason bar scene feel like a generous experience: moreish portions, great choice, subtle technique, attentive service, and well-researched cocktails, designed for slow pool days as much as relaxed evenings.
