Food and drink at King Jason hotels in Cyprus and Greece are not treated as simple hotel add-ons – they are part of our essence. Over time, the brand has developed four signature F&B concepts in-house, created by its own culinary teams to give guests more variety, more character, and a more memorable alternative to what is usually available in hotels.
Pisco is the Peruvian Fusion dinner restaurant available at King Jason Zante and King Jason Paphos. It brings together the brightness and intensity of Peruvian cooking, with dishes shaped by lime, herbs, marinades, grilled ingredients, vegetables, seafood, meat, and colourful sauces. At King Jason Zante, Pisco is offered as an à la carte experience within the Lifestyle All-inclusive package, while at King Jason Paphos, it forms part of the Premium All-inclusive program and serves a set-menu tasting experience at the table.
Haroub is the Levantine dinner restaurant available on an à la carte basis at King Jason Zante and on a set tasting-menu basis at King Jason Protaras. Its food is generous, aromatic, and designed for sharing, inspired by the wider Levantine family table. Guests can expect warm laffa breads, dips, herbs, spices, vegetables, grilled dishes, and small plates that naturally invite conversation. The name itself comes from carob, once known in the region as “black gold”, and the concept reflects a culture where food is closely linked to hospitality.
At King Jason Protaras, the daytime rhythm is also enriched by Mamachou, a playful food truck serving cocktails and homemade profiteroles. It adds a lighter, sweeter, more informal moment to the day — ideal between pool time, sea views, and relaxed afternoon conversation. With flavours such as Chocolate Overload, Salted Caramel, Pistachio Delight, Milky Way, and Berry Bliss, Mamachou brings a cheerful break from the usual hotel snack offering.
Also in Protaras, from 2027, Fusão – Fire Kitchen and Wine Deli will add one more evening concept to the mix. Built around fire-cooking, petiscos-style sharing plates, fresh herbs, light marinades, and wine, Fusão is designed for evenings that unfold slowly. Guests will be able to pair dishes with wines by the glass or bottle, and to accompany desserts with Commandaria or Port.
Together, Pisco, Haroub, Mamachou and Fusão show how King Jason approaches dining: with variety, care, creativity, and a wish to offer adults more than one way to enjoy their stay.
